Boiler Service
Its vitally important that you get your boiler serviced regularly to increase the longevity but to also identify any problems before its too late. Time and time again we see boilers condemned and too expensive to repair because of a once small issue that has been left unseen. Depending on the age of your boiler and time since its last service a more in depth service may be needed. However, on our basic boiler service we:
- Check Flue Gas readings
- Take Working Pressures
- Clean condense trap
- Clean central heating filter (Where applicable)
- Check for internal leaks

Gas Safety Certificate (CP12)
A Gas Safety check is a lawful obligation to all landlords in the UK. It needs to be carried out annually to ensure all gas appliances within the property are working safely and pose no health risk to its inhabitants. However you don't just need to be a Landlord to have the peace of mind that your gas appliances are safe.
