Contact us to book a boiler repair visit. We will ask a few basic questions about the issue, the boiler make and model, and any fault codes showing on the appliance.
Our boiler repair appointments are charged at:
Standard boiler repair appointment: £98.40 including VAT for the first hour
Additional time: After the first hour £24.60 including VAT will be charged in 15-minute increments
Parts: Quoted separately before fitting
The first hour includes attendance, initial fault finding and diagnosis. Many faults can be identified within this time, but some faults may require further investigation or return visits where parts are required.
If your boiler needs replacement parts, we will provide a quotation before carrying out further repair work.
Priority boiler repair appointments
During busy periods, priority appointments may be available for customers who require faster attendance.
Priority Appointment
£132 including VAT
For customers within our local service area.
Extended Area Priority Appointment
£174 including VAT
For customers outside our local service area, where availability allows.
Priority appointments are subject to availability and location. We will confirm the appointment cost before booking.
