Many boiler manufacturers require the boiler to be serviced annually to maintain the warranty. Following your service, we will complete the relevant service record so you have proof that the boiler has been serviced. If any issues are found during the service, we will explain them clearly and provide a quotation for any further work required before proceeding.
What's not included: Our boiler service options are designed to check and service the boiler and, depending on the selected package, carry out additional basic heating system checks.
The service does not include repairs, replacement parts, fault-finding for existing issues, power flushing, chemical cleaning, radiator valve replacements or major system balancing unless specifically quoted separately.
If we identify a fault, failed component or safety concern during the service, we will advise you and provide a separate quotation where required.
For the Advanced Boiler Service, internal cleaning will depend on the boiler make, model, condition, accessibility and manufacturer requirements. Additional seals, gaskets or parts may be required on some appliances and would be quoted separately if needed.
