How our plumbing appointments work
Contact us to book a plumbing appointment. We will ask for basic details about the issue and, where useful, photos or videos to help us understand the job before attending.
Our standard plumbing appointments are charged at:
Standard plumbing appointment: £98.40 including VAT for the first hour
Additional time: After the first hour £24.60 including VAT per hour, will be charged in 15-minute increments
Materials and parts: Charged separately
The first hour includes attendance, investigation and labour for minor repairs where possible.
If parts, additional labour or larger works are required, we will explain this before proceeding. Larger jobs will be quoted separately.
Priority plumbing appointments
Where availability allows, we offer priority plumbing appointments for urgent issues such as active leaks, toilet faults, water supply issues or urgent landlord maintenance.
Priority Appointment, Local Area: £132 including VAT
Priority Appointment, Extended Area: £174 including VAT
The appointment price includes attendance and initial investigation for up to the first hour.
Parts, materials, additional labour, return visits and further repairs are not included and will be quoted separately before proceeding.
Priority appointments are subject to availability, location and engineer scheduling. We will confirm the correct appointment type and price before booking.
